Our Unlimited Wash Club is a membership service. All plans pay for themselves after just two washes per month! It gives members the opportunity to wash as often as they’d like for one low monthly price, without any long term contracts or hidden fees. It’s an incredible value and great way to protect your investment in your vehicle.

Absolutely not! You can cancel anytime. Sign up with confidence that you are not locked in if the program is not right for you. There are no long term contracts and no cancellation fees. Just make sure to request cancellation by emailing the barcode number from your windshield sticker to [email protected] at least 10 days before your next scheduled billing date.

No. You must use your credit card, which will be auto billed monthly to ensure there is no lapse of service. Yearly membership plans are automatically billed annually. This is a reoccurring charge.

No; however, a 50% discount will apply to the second and subsequent simultaneously active memberships billed to the same credit card, except for the Basic Plan (no discount is available with the Basic Plan). If enrolled in different plans, the 50% discount would apply to the plan(s) with the lower pricing, with the highest priced plan charged at the normal price. Membership is per vehicle. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or discount.

If you would like to transfer your Unlimited Wash Club membership to another vehicle, all we need from the car you’re selling is the barcode number from your windshield sticker and the license plate number. Stop by in your new car with this information, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We’d hate to see you go, but we understand. That’s why we’ve made it easy. To cancel, simply email the barcode number from your windshield sticker to [email protected]. To avoid being billed for the next scheduled billing period, notification must be received a minimum of 10 days before your next scheduled billing date.

Once billed, no refunds or partial credits will be applied, regardless of the term of the plan. However, full benefits/use of program will remain in effect through the paid term.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership automatically renews each month. (On the same day of the month as your initial sign-up). Yearly membership plans automatically renew annually.

UPGRADE

Members may upgrade to a higher wash and pay the difference at the time of each wash.

CONDITIONS

Membership is per vehicle and cannot be used in conjunction with any other coupons or discounts.

By enrolling in the UNLIMITED WASH CLUB, the member waives any and all rights to withhold or delay payment of the related credit card charges.

Participation requires placement of a barcode tag inside the registered vehicle’s windshield. Tampering with the windshield barcode sticker is prohibited and will damage and deactivate the barcode tag. There will be a $5 fee for any tags replaced due to tampering.

TO CANCEL

You must notify us by email at: [email protected]. To avoid being billed for the next scheduled period, notification must be received a minimum of 10 days before your next scheduled billing date. You must include the barcode number printed on your windshield sticker in the email notification to cancel. We recommend taking a picture to ensure the barcode sequence is correct.
